Education & Certification

· Diploma in education or related field preferred

Experience

· Minimum 1 year experience in Minibar

· Hospitality background with Opera knowledge would be an advantage

Other Prerequisites

· Ability to communicate verbally and written effectively; convey information to team members and liaise with stakeholders on their needs and requirements

· Strong leadership skills to teach and manage Team Members

· Ability to work both independently and in a Team

· Ability to obtain and supervise the use of equipment and materials needed

Job Position:- Site Supervisor (C&S)

Working hours

Mon - Fri (08.00 am to 5.00 pm)

Sat - (08.00 am - 12.00 pm)

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• For C&S discipline - STSS (Structural Steel Society) certificate or equivalent.
• For M&E discipline - IES RE/RTO registration.
• All disciplines - WSQ-Supervise Construction Work certificate or equivalent.

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.
• Ability to resolve site issues during construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements.
• Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles).
• Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player.
• Diligent, methodical, and meticulous.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to digitalization efforts in projects.
• Keen learner and supportive of new technologies in the built environment.

• This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project.
• Job Scope: Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements Supervise works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards.
• Liaise with clients and managers in preparation for site work and plan schedules Keep the Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments while conducting measurements and inspections.
• Prepare and submit project documents Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports to study project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data,client specification, client standard drawings and existing drawings.
• To assist in preparing schedule, manpower requirements, manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approve budget for manhours and schedule.
• To prepare Mechanical information list, layout and document list following standard procedure created for the project.
• To carry out our material ordering for components and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• To attend meetings and perform coordination with main-contractor and sub-contractors. To make monthly and weekly schedule, refer to the master schedule.
