DESCRIPTIONS:

• Organize, co-ordinate deployment of activities on site
• Liaise between clients and operations manager
• Schedule and supervise the team on the daily operations
• Conduct induction for new cleaners & tools box briefings
• Conduct regular inspections on site
• Record and submission of staff attendance
• Upkeep stocks and inventory of materials, tools & equipment

Requirements :

• Minimum secondary education
• Minimum 2 year related experience
• Able to handon on the job role
• Able to interact with all levels of personnel
• Good computer literacy

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, and general maintenance of public area of student hostel (landscaping, cutting grass, etc);

● Support and provide assistance to the Facilities and Maintenance team when required;

● Prepare work areas by gathering tools and supplies;

● Carry out basic repairs under supervision;

● Ensuring all areas are kept tidy which includes moving materials or products to designated areas to ensure work areas are clean and organized;

● Manage inventory by sorting, storing, or stocking items required in the daily upkeep of the property;

● Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables;

● Adherence to Safety Standards, to follow all health and safety regulations;

● Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly within the property;

● Additional duties to perform tasks in day to day operational requirements as assigned by supervisors or team leads; and

● and any other duties as required by the Company or management.

● Able to prepare students breakfast

● Able to speak Chinese and English，and communicate with South East Asia students' parents.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management

- Effective instruction and management of sites cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations

covering required areas.

- Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given

- Plan and delivery schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising

available manpower and equipment

- Oversee the servicing and maintenanance of cleaning equipment

- Able to work night shifts and on weekends, public holidays

- Island wide deployment

- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma in Facilities management or other discipline

- At least 2-3 years' experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels,

commercials etc

- Proficient in microsoft office

- Strong analytic and good persuasion skills

- Excellent time management

- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
