The individual will provide comprehensive financial support for outsourced manufacturing operations and work across multiple Business Groups and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Financial Business Partner to 3 business's Outsourced Manufacturing business team to provide financial support and control to deliver operational excellence.
• Support outsourced manufacturing business teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and monthly financial results review processes.
• Ensure key financial performance metrics are monitored and deviations highlighted, and corrective actions implemented to deliver financial results.
• Perform unit costs update and pro-actively communicate to the stakeholders and/or division and purchasing subsidiaries.
• New project investment ROI analysis and other adhoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Business's Global Financial Standards and address audit queries.
• Standardize manufacturing and supply chain reporting across Asia pacific countries and Plants to ensure consistency in metrics to drive productivity improvements.
• Reporting to: Asia Pacific Plant Ops Finance leader

Skills and Expertise:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5-7 years in MNC environment.
• Business finance and /or manufacturing finance experience is preferred, experience working with cross functional teams.
• SAP accounting system knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Power BI.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues.
• Able to work independently and balance multiple competing deadlines.

Your Background

• Experience with building relationships with global cross-functional teams with ease, delivering impact consistently through seamless communication, influencing teams towards achieving goals
• Experience with a rapidly-changing environment with a goal-oriented approach
• Experience with operating simultaneously as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
• Deep analytical skills and a strong risk acumen to identify material ML/TF gaps and red flags

Preferred Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience initiating and driving complex projects to completion with minimal guidance
• 5+ years of proven project management or process excellence experience, preferably in Financial Compliance or Quality Control/Assurance in the AML space
• Professional certification such as CAMS or ICA
• Good working knowledge of AML and corporate compliance requirements with background in transaction monitoring, due diligence and name screening
