What you will do on daily basis:

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency;
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems;
• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations;
• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team;
• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services and policies;
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;
• Prepare your daily transactions record;

The Job

• MAS610 Monthly, Quarterly & Annual returns, including passing of appropriate adjustments and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period, and perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events.

Analyze and plan change requests and projects related to Financial Reporting, Management
Accounting AND Regulatory reporting applications using Hyperion, Oracle Financials and Moody's
Ray software
Perform regulatory requirements and data analyses, functional solution review, User Acceptance
Tests (UAT)

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in the banking/financial services industry and
with exposure and participation in at least 1 major project
Foundational knowledge of Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, as well as
familiarity with the financial/regulatory reporting process and submission frequency
Sound knowledge of banking products, including Loans, Overdrafts, Trade Finance and Treasury
instruments
Understanding of the process of change management, regulatory changes and the reportingcycles
Able to oversee change management, as well as track, manage and escalate issues
Experience in conducting UAT, logging errors and documenting test scripts, results and findings
Proficiency in SQL scripting, MS Excel functions including Pivot table is a must

Experience with use of analytics tools such as OBIEE and QlikSense is a plus
