Main Purpose of the Job:
The Parts Advisor (Parts Counter) sells parts over the counter and answer enquiries from
customers. He/she assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and
efficient manner via the electronic parts catalog. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty
are top priorities. He/she is the main contact person to the technician in material request. He/she
reports to the Asst Parts Manager / Parts Manager.

• Take on strategic role by providing strategic financial advice and guidance to the Group CEO and Board of Directors
• Assist CEO in driving strategies to meet financial and non financial goals
• Conduct financial data analysis to facilitate management decision making
• Spearhead Group finance department
• Cash flow, investment strategies and risk management
• Establish business control over financial processes and complying with corporate policies, IFRS, legal, statutory and tax requirements
• Review and analyze all financial statements within the Group regularly
• Liaise & maintain good relationship with auditors, legal counsel, bankers & etc
• Oversee audits, taxation and corporate secretarial matters within the Group
• Ensure timely compliance to all statutory (including SGX), accounting, tax reporting and disclosure requirements

• Provide pre-investment analysis & valuation and make recommendations, including use of financial modelling and exit strategies

Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant experience in finance & operations management, preferably in healthcare industry
• Working experience in SGX listed companies is required
• At least Bachelor degree in Accountancy/ Finance
• Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgement
• Desire to succeed and deliver exceptional results
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and commitment with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
