Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Build and nurture a strong relationship with loyal customers through knowledge,attitude and service.
• Operate the tills in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect for customers.
• Meet sales targets by understanding customers’ needs, providing expert knowledge in make-up, skincare, fragrance and offering production demonstration.
• Be familiar with and follow the membership programme.
• Drive and achieve individual sales target on monthly basis, in a team environment.
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when required, clean fixtures and check testers and prices are present in good condition.
• Participate in the inventory process to minimise shrinkage and ensure accuracy in stock management.
• Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
• Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures.

Requirements

• Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty and retail industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead global financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.

· Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and consolidations.

· Manage corporate tax and GST filings, addressing tax authority queries.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors to streamline audit processes.

· Serve as the primary contact for financial reporting inquiries.

· Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Review and update financial policies to align with regulatory changes.

· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

· Min Bachelor Degree or Professional Certificate – ACCA/ CPA

· Min 5 years of financial reporting experience dealing with full sets accounting under financial industry

· Excellent knowledge in IFRS, SGAAP, JGAAP

· The ability to analyze problems, provide solutions, and challenge information to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.

· Excellent multitasking and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
