Role Overview: The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role will manage core accounting functions, financial planning and analysis, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and Accounting:

Oversee all bookkeeping activities and ensure accounts are up to date and accurate.

Entity Management and Transfer Pricing:

Manage entity-level financial requirements and compliance.

Oversee transfer pricing policies and ensure alignment with international regulations.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning:

Audit Management:

Business Partnership:

Cash Reconciliation:

Manage cash flow, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure liquidity for business operations.

Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a must for this role as the company is MAS regulated
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use Xero/NetSuite
