Job Description

• Prepare and consolidate SEAI Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports
• Assisting Assistant Vice President with the following:

1. Collate Group companies monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
2. Quarterly forecasting process for SEAI group companies
3. Prepare annual budget preparation for SEAI group companies
4. Working capital management for SEAI group companies

• Assist, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance
• Collaborate with group companies to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data

• Provide technical advice on the construction of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)

Technical Reporting

• Provide a regular progress report to site mechanical manager and head office in Japan and Belgium

Project Management

• Site coordination meetings

Job Requirement

• More than 9 years of experience in construction of HRSGs
• Advanced knowledge of equipment installation for HRSGs
• English fluency (Upper Intermediate or above)
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), SolidWorks, AutoCad
• Work experience at construction sites.
