2) Provide operation and logistics support to SBF Global events to ensure that the event is run smoothly which will include the following responsibilities but not limited to:

• Booking and setting up of event venue
• Procurement of vendors and logistics items
• Managing vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Handle event enquiries
• Ushering guests
• Manage registration (virtual or physical)
• Supporting webinar operation
• Perform proper financial and non-financial documentation
• Assist with claim processing
• Perform SBF billing for activities and follow up with companies for timely payment

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Parts Advisor (Parts Counter) sells parts over the counter and answer enquiries from
customers. He/she assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and
efficient manner via the electronic parts catalog. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty
are top priorities. He/she is the main contact person to the technician in material request. He/she

• Ensure the punctual submission of financial reporting, financial statements, and tax submissions to government and HQ.
