• Monitor BU/PG adherence to credit limits and report all credit control breaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales-Oriented: Generate and increase sales revenues, hitting sales targets.
• Customer Liaison: Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Service Coordination:
  • Facilitate vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
  • Conduct test drives with customers to identify concerns or issues.
  • Offer service recommendations, including intervals, warranties, and maintenance procedures.
• Quotations and Pricing:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and repair quotes in accordance with the Singapore automobile industry.
  • Strategically develop competitive pricing to maximize sales.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  • Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles.
  • Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Encourage positive customer reviews on Google.
• Vehicle Quality Assurance:
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to guarantee vehicle quality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any PDI rectifications.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Troubleshoot basic vehicle faults and problems.
  • Assist sales personnel with administrative and technical support during vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Singapore workshop or agent role.
• Class 3 driving license with 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in preparing and managing service documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to speak English and mandarin fluently, other languages are a bonus.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Optical Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee and manage the deployment of optical network infrastructure that forms the foundation of our interconnection platform. The successful candidate will manage projects involving optical network hardware, services, and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery, coordination of resources, and resolution of issues. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of driving the success of multiple concurrent projects, working with cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks while providing clear updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Delivery: Oversee and manage programs and projects focused on Optical Infrastructure/Services deployment, ensuring project resources execute against plans within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Scrum Master Role: Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, driving project execution in an agile environment. Ensure that scrum teams are following agile best practices and improving continuously.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication of critical activities, risks, and challenges affecting the project to senior leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for all project updates and concerns.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and document risks and issues, working with project teams and resources to mitigate and resolve them. Escalate issues to leadership when required and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Governance & Reporting: Track project costs, ensuring all projects remain within the budget. Create weekly Product Status Reports (PSRs), milestone trackers, and metrics to communicate progress to management. Provide clear, concise, and timely reporting on project health.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Support vendor and supplier management, including coordinating logistics, ensuring timely delivery of resources, and managing third-party relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset, identifying areas for process and project delivery enhancements. Document issues, identify root causes, and propose and implement lasting solutions to improve project delivery.
• Project Reviews: Attend project wash-up reviews, providing valuable insights to develop key learnings and ensuring actions are executed to address identified improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project/program management, with a proven track record in leading optical network deployment projects or similar functions.
• Optical/DWDM deployment experience with Ciena and/or Infinera networks is desirable.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, particularly in telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating activities with stakeholders, and aligning resources with business objectives.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office suite for project tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset: Always seeking ways to optimize processes and enhance project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SCRUM Practitioner certification or equivalent.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification is desirable but not required.
