Your key responsibilities:

1. The Threat Respond (TR) Analyst supports the Global Security Operations Center from the APAC region. The SOC operates 24x7x365 in a follow-the-sun mode with distributed teams across APAC, EMEA and AMER.

2. The Analyst needs to monitor, investigate alerts and events escalated from the SIEM or other security channels. The scope of investigation includes in-depth log-file analysis and IOC correlation and taking threat containment actions when needed.

3. The role will also proactively search and identify patterns of compromise, emerging threats, evidence of breach and inconsistencies by analyzing historical data.

4. The role will be assigned projects on the design, creation and maintenance of cyber threat use cases to detect adversaries and malicious activities as well as automation use cases to improve efficiency of the SOC.

5. The role is part of the Bank's 24/7 follow-the-sun cybersecurity monitoring and response team providing immediate cyber security, triage, containment and incident management to protect the Bank. It involves:

• Performing shift work On-rotation weekend / public holiday work 7AM to 7PM (time off in-lieu will be offered)

Your skills and experience:

• Min of 3 years of cyber security working experience in security operations, incident response, Vulnerability management, threat assessment and containment with 1 year working experience in an enterprise-grade SOC.
• Working experience with cyber security tools to perform proxy/web access/network/database activity monitoring as well as using End-point Detection Response tool to investigate/contain threats in endpoints.

The Product Analyst (PA) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. • Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboard technologies to develop interactive visualizations and reports.
• Sound understanding of energy trading operations, including familiarity with key performance metrics and market dynamics.
• Competence in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the energy trading industry is highly advantageous.

Job responsibilities:

• Meet with stakeholders/end-users to understand their needs, problems, and desired outcomes; Document findings in clear and concise report including (but not limited to) preparation of business case, scope documentation or functional requirements
• Work with developers and technical/solution architects to define functional and technical specification for the new system/functionality/enhancements; Write user stories and develop sample process flows to illustrate solutions.
• Translate technical limitations to the end-users and collaborate to find alternative workarounds.
• Track progress against deadlines and identify and highlight risks, ensuring proper communication within the project team.
• Develop and conduct test plans, work with developers to validate functionality and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Analyse feedback from end users, document and collaborate with developers for improvement.
• Create, update and maintain documentation of business processes, workflows and user guides.
• Part of a scrum team and he/she will participate in sprint planning session and daily standup meetings by providing business goals and priorities.
• Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operational issues, or queries.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Administration Certified
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe Environment
• Knowledge or understanding of project lifecycle.
• Knowledge or working experience in logistics is preferred but mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Visio
• Excellent communication and active listening skills with people from diverse culture and background.
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong sense of ownership for project/tasks and responsibility.
• Always begin with an end in mind with strong desire to make our customers happy.
