The Role

Our Traders are responsible for the design, operation, and improvement of high‐performance algorithmic trading strategies deployed on electronic trading venues around the world. During an intensive period of mentorship and training in trade floor operations, Traders learn the intricacies of each step of the trade flow process, eventually progressing to trading strategy design and deployment.

The team works closely with software engineers and researchers to enhance and further develop the firm’s trading strategies. Traders become world experts in trading technology and its interaction with the market, helping to guide the development of market microstructure. Education, Qualifications and Experience: 

• Excellent academic background. All majors welcome but hard sciences preferred (computer science, math, physics, statistics and related fields). 

• Programming experience (Python, Java or C++ are a plus). 
• The ability to communicate information precisely and quickly. 
• The ability to work independently and create solutions without close direction or supervision 

Job Scope:

· Ensure timely and accurate record of financial information and provide analysis of variance, supporting both SG and MY CoreDx division for both balance sheet and P&L

· Reporting inventory split report to Area Finance

· Performs CPRR reconciliation on a quarterly basis

· Weekly sales reporting to the commercial team

· Regular review of Balance Sheet to ensure timeliness and accuracy of record

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis / business partnering with financial understanding and modeling skills

· Experience in Audit or Big Four would be advantageous

· Able to translate strategic goals and initiatives into effective financial interpretation to support and delivery of goals and initiatives.

· Integration and change management skills and hands on experience

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in interfacing between functional departments

· Good understanding and experience of business processes in a global organization

· Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes to improve efficiency

Business Compliance is a team within Singapore Country Manager’s office that manages initiatives in support of priorities set forth by the local regulations. Responsibilities:

• Support the Singapore Outsourcing Committee in its oversight of existing and proposed outsourced activities by administering and coordinating activities in the Singapore Outsourcing Program
• Ensure outsourcing arrangements comply with Singapore regulatory requirements by performing assessment and due diligence on newly identified outsourced service provider (OSP) to determine applicability to the Singapore Outsourcing Program, as well as Ongoing Monitoring on existing outsourced service providers.
