A Technical Consultant experienced in the implementation of OFSAA EPM Suite of solutions. Reporting directly to the Project Manager/Project Lead, the Technical Analyst will work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts from the bank side, and other team members on the Oracle side, to successfully deploy and implement the OFSAA solutions

Roles & Responsibilities include

· Installation, Data Specification and mapping, configuration of OFSAA EPM modules and batches.

· Migration of configurations and Data across environments.

· Testing support of configured OFSAA in SIT and UAT environment.

· Migration of tested OFSAA to production environment.

· Conducting technical Training and creating technical project documentation

Essential Skills

· Programming work experience in PL/SQL.

· Configuration and operation of Web application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat)

· Ability to read and edit unix shell script files

· Ability to read and edit XML and properties files

· Experience with unix (Solaris, Linux, AIX) operating systems and associated hardware platforms and peripherals

· Working knowledge of Oracle databases and data warehouses

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge & experience of implementation of OFSAA EPM modules or any other OFSAA modules would be an added advantage

· Exposure to Oracle reporting tools & Technologies (OBIEE, OAL, OAC) will be an added advantage.

• Analyze, maintain, and review manual and statistical forecast and propose / execute changes in order to assign the best fit S&OP demand forecast model

• Facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning by supporting a monthly consensus and demand review meeting with country management
• Collaborate with local S&OP teams to understand unique market requirements and identify root cause of Affiliate service issues
• Acquire and analyze information regarding historical data, market trends, promotional activity and other events, historical or current, which impact and influence customer demand
• Support unit and dollar demand forecast reviews (including revenue and samples) with Regional Counterparts. Work alongside regional counterparts to align current demand forecast submission against market activities and sales trends. Identify gaps between current plans and financial commitments, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Work with Global S&OP teams to determine the capability to meet demand, and provide a feedback loop to markets. Act as key point of contact for the region to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chain.
• Lead the regional allocation process with markets and regional commercial counterparts to resolve constrained situations, apply demand control where necessary on large or abnormal orders while still striving to meet operational and customer excellence
• Partner with the Regional commercial team and with Product Lifecycle Managers on the product portfolio by supporting regional product launches/ rationalization/ special promotions
• Analyze, report and improve forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level to improve customer service and inventory levels
• Partner with Global LCM on product artwork/ labelling changes initiative and facilitate country bridging stock requirement with global supply chain
• Participate in Global S&OP review for assigned sub-franchise/s
• Support deck preparation for Executive S&OP meeting
• Collaborate with Global Analytics to improve and enhance analytics dashboard
• As Regional Super User for IBP planning system, provide guidance & support to local users, represent local users on issue escalation and new business requirements discussions with Global Process Owner
• Support Bi-weekly / Monthly S&OP KPI metrics reporting
• Escalate and drive resolution of critical region supply issues with Global Supply Chain

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education + 7years relevant work experience

Experiences: >7+ years in S&OP related experience in healthcare

Responsibilities

General Overview

Maintenance and Support (70%)
• Provide on-going application support.

• Assist and summarize the monthly closing/forecast of all entities
• Preparation of the forecast, proposal of corrective actions
• Manage consolidation of monthly forecasts with preparation of detailed commentary on variances, investigation of unusual variances leading to resolution of issues
• Develop periodic management reports and presentations
• Assist with daily scheduling, appointments and meetings, and follow up on action items
• Provide administrative support to the Management
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate shall have at least 5 years of account or business reporting experience
• Good command of English, good communication and interpersonal skills

This position is accountable for executing business acquisition, combination or divestiture transactions from initial concept to integration hand-off. This position will support assigned business teams to develop strategic acquisition / divestiture plans; support them through strategic evaluations of target opportunities and the potential impact to the business of acquiring those opportunities.

Principal responsibilities

1. Direct and execute business combination or divestiture transactions from initial concept to integration hand-off through all phases of the process.

2. Identify acquisition, divestiture, joint venture and strategic alliance opportunities.

3. Identify transaction structure(s) and direct the project business plan development and lead the valuation analysis.

4. Lead the due diligence process

5. Negotiate transactions and associated legal agreements.

6. Support in building and maintaining M&A pipeline

Required key skills (functional/technical)

· Knowledge of Industrial gases business

· Ability to operate in regional set up with team interfaces in varied time zones

Required qualifications/experience

• Bachelor's degree is required in Finance, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred
• 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Above-average financial management skills including financial modeling, financial analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, riskmanagement, etc.
• Exceptionally strong cross functional project management and organizational skills required.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Comfort in making decisions with limited data, assessing risk tolerance and ability to deal with uncertainty, often times under very tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and focused listening skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with and exhibit comfort around Praxair and target company senior management and theiradvisors.
• Affinity to understand and interpret complex legal documents
