Job Description:

• Prepare and perform monthly financial analysis on Direct Sales Margins. Present and provide explanations on variances and ensure that irregularities are adjusted and addressed promptly before month-end close
• Execute policies, procedures and processes for inventory management and perform a key role in inventory counts
• Prepare and perform journal entries in SAP, prepare inventory management reports and schedules
• Review balance sheet schedules and highlight long outstanding balances and other irregularities to process owners for resolutions
• Assist Finance Manager to implement changes to financial accounting/governance processes for inventories, including automation
• Assist Finance Manager to review Systems Access Rights to ensure proper segregation of duties
