• Experience in core banking system projects, including accounting systems and trade-related business knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region.

Specific Tasks

• UAT:Planning and executing UAT, including creating schedules, resolving issues, and validating test results.
  
• Migration:Hands-on migration planning and execution, with expertise in managing complex data.
  
• EUC/RPA/Tools:Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), MS Access, and Excel macros.
  
• User Support:Experience in training, business rehearsal, customer relations, and regulatory updates.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to validate requirements using use cases during the prototyping phase.
• Conduct activities such as interviews, workshops, document reviews, and shadowing to refine requirements.
• Plan and prepare for system implementation tasks, including Target Operating Model (TOM) development and Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation.
• Monitor user task progress, address issues and risks, and provide resolution support.
• Provide local insights and feedback to project planning efforts in coordination with the Area Project Manager (PM).
• Report regional progress, challenges, and successes to Business Analyst (BA) leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Experience on either:
• 1.Hands-on experience with package system implementation, particularly Flexcube or Duco.
• 2.Data Governance. Data Mapping.Experience with AI Utilitization. Hands on experience in MS Access, Excel, Marcos and UIPath (RPA)
• Expertise in customer master data, customer report distribution, reconciliation, and related processes.
• Core Banking experience is a MUST
• A minimum of 5 years experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Proven track record of successful project implementation, ideally in large-scale projects.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region to collaborate with Middle- and Back-Office teams.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and comprehensive docume

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
• Troubleshooting and resolving single customer issues with Windows
• Supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, SharePoint, and User Client Hardware, Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions.

skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of desk side work experience in large enterprise companies
• Strong knowledge in User & VIP Support and ITIL methodology
• Familiar with Mac and Window OS system
• Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong data analytic, communication & interpersonal skills
• MCP certified
