Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee reporting, forecasting, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across country offices. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to solve complex issues, drive change, and support business objectives through data-driven insights.
• Business Development & Strategy Support: Identify growth opportunities, coordinate action plans, and communicate them effectively across departments to support execution.
• Strategic Financial Support: Assist with business case simulations, potential business assessments, and cash flow forecasting to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Insightful Reporting: Prepare strategic communication documents and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly and annual cash flow statements, group consolidated management accounts, and profit and loss forecasts.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Analyze subsidiary management accounts to align with group objectives and identify potential financial or operational risks.
• Additional Responsibilities: Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support the broader finance and strategic functions.

Requirements

• At least more than 2 years in similar capacity handling regional accounts
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven analytical abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
