The successful candidate will work with the team in ongoing business activities which include marketing and execution transactions and assisting on the business operations/administrative aspect of the business.

· Developing research and analysis

· Preparing company presentations and other client materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialog

· Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses using input from management and public sources

· Perform full valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analyses

· Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors

· Manage due diligence processes, including preparing virtual data rooms, tracking and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company information

· Any other administrative matters as required

The successful candidate will possess or demonstrate the following personal and professional attributes:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounting entries for all loans related products, investment portfolios and reconciliation in accordance to the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and ensure smooth and accurate month-end closing;
• Prepare quarterly SFRS(I)9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) computations and annual recalibration exercise and review;

Asset Management Operations

We provide customized service to our clients and enable our business to grow the Asset Management franchise across traditional and alternative products. Our teams execute within a front to back operating model, delivering support across the client, product, and investment lifecycle. We also conduct risk oversight, provide change management, business intelligence, and market solutions for the division.

The Global Shareholder Services has teams in Chicago, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. We are responsible for the ongoing Client Services and Transfer Agent vendor management covering over 1,000 Goldman Sachs offshore mutual funds across a wide range of client types including Third Party Distributors, Banks, Institutions and High Net Worth individuals.

Role Summary & Responsibilities

As a Shareholder Services Asia Client Services Manager, you will work closely with Shareholder Services and relevant stakeholders across the region, managing investors / client facing teams to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality. Additionally, you will support other Shareholder Services functions in onboarding new clients, protecting and maintaining existing clients. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal teams and service providers (e.g. transfer agents) to offer guidance and manage Services related solutions, and continuously enhancing our process in line with best market practice.

The Client Services role contributes to asset gathering, enhancing client engagement, identifies operational efficiencies opportunity, and differentiates through technology and, ultimately improving the client experience. You will also execute the Operations’ strategy and modernize the client experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Plan and lead the end to end process of implementation & transition events including client onboarding and change, asset take-on / take-off activities, and account terminations.

• Project-management approach to client onboarding & change events including complex portfolio structures across the asset classes.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a regional HQ role, and the person will work as an individual contributor, reporting into the Operational Risk Governance team within ARMO-ORM (Risk Management Office for Asia – Operational Risk Management). The person will be responsible for supporting overall operational risk governance enhancement to realise effective 2nd line oversight to regional branches in APAC (excl. Japan and China). Main job responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Support overall annual Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Controls Testing exercise through review and challenge across APAC branches, including governance and oversight of frameworks
• Support Self-Identified Issues (SII) management in APAC region. This includes management of overall framework, conducting training and awareness sessions, issues consolidation and reporting
• Support in organising and providing 2nd line review of the APAC Regional Risk Management Committee (RMC) materials for operational risk topics

• Experience in relevant operational risk regulations in the Asian region and understanding of industry trends/best practices and knowledge of operational risk standards
