This is an on-site role for a Human Resource Analyst in Singapore. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as HR management, recruiting, benefits administration, HRIS utilisation, and utilising analytical skills to support HR functions. This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Principal Responsibilities

Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:

• Lead annual Budget and periodic forecasting process
