-Placement of time deposit, and

-Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

Requirement:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder will be responsible for running a reliable and responsive Financial Planning and Analysis function that provides the Director of Finance, the Senior Management Team (SMT) and managers across the Organisation with value-add financial support and analysis which facilitates effective decision making.The role holder will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management and regularly reviewing this information. As a Business Analyst/Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for both functional and technical aspects of applications/platforms. You will work closely with solution architects, development leads, developers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and structured documentation. Your role will involve ensuring that documentation meets the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting solutioning, integration, ops and app/platform design discussion.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, focusing on creating both technical and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences.

JOB SUMMARY
