About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. He/She will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. He/She will perform timely and comprehensive variance analysis to identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement purposes. He/She is a subject matter expert in Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards and will be appointed as the designated key person for the ERP system implementation / integration / improvement. Duties will include:

The QC Analyst will encompass a good understanding and execution of intermediate and advanced microbiology techniques (bioburden, LAL, plating and counting techniques, microbial identification, EM tests i.e. air sampling, surface viable sampling, total particulate sampling etc.). Collecting environmental monitoring samples from different areas of the facilities, generation of required trending and reporting information. Role will also assist in process and/ or environmental microbiology related investigations as required.

Key responsibilities:

• To prioritize and perform the various testing/analysis in timely manner, in order to support the business requirements.
• Analysis of bulk product, in-process, raw material or environmental samples according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
• Documentation of results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting of equipment.
• Involvement in method transfers and validation.
• Involved in equipment qualification and technical selection of QC equipment and/or standards and reagents.

The primary purpose of the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst is to analyse, design, and enhance the Company’s Information Systems to ensure they effectively support and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems

Role Purpose

This role is needed for:

A) Utilizing Business Intelligence tools to provide insights and enhance business value.
As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, this role involves close collaboration with Commercial, Trades, Networks, Operations, Customer Success, and Landside Logistics teams. • Work closely with the product owner and SMEs to gain in-depth understanding of value chain, business strategy, processes, services, project roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with the purpose of understanding the as-is process flow, pain points and desired features for to-be state

• Conduct technical assessment with technical architect/lead to identify custom vs standard functionalities on the proposed to-be state
• Lead product owner and sponsor in custom versus standard discussions and do a rapid POC on standard functionalities if required
• Engage product owner and key stakeholders from client side to prioritize epics and develop a release plan
• Flag the operational and technological risks for the proposed target and in-transition to-be state
• Work closely with UX designer on the prototype where project has a dedicated UX resource
• Work with the PM and the product owner to lead or participate in user story estimation sessions.
• Run requirements grooming sessions with product owner and SMEs to develop acceptance criteria for the user stories.
• Work with the technical team to break down large user stories to small sprint size stories.
• Be a point of contact for the technical team to provide clarification on user stories where required.
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical architect/lead, developers and testers

• Provide support to create technology roadmap to meet program objectives, work closely with Head Office, regional business sponsors and IT stakeholders

• Provide support to set up IT workstream for Wholesale Banking, Private Wealth Banking products and services such as Loan, Deposits, Treasury, Securities Custody and Execution

• Support program feasibility study, pros & cons of solutioning options to meet the program timelines and seek consensus from stakeholders.

• Liaise on defining of business & system requirement plan such as scope definition, schedule, resource allocation, budgeting, implementation plan and quality assurance processes

• Review the application architecture and infrastructure designs

• Work with wider stakeholders to explore technical solutions to achieve business objectives and requirements.

• Provide support to drive the implementation of regional technology programs to meet strategic or tactical objectives, always looking for standardization opportunities. Develop understanding of various banking systems such as at Japan Head Office, regional and country local systems to provide solutions for specific project and lead such initiatives.

• Provide support to drive the implementation of regional technology programs to meet strategic or tactical objectives and focusing on standardization opportunities.

• Support the establishing and implementing of project management practices, templates, policies, tools to expand and mature the Program and Project Management capabilities of the IT APAC organization.

• Participate in key regional meetings and provide updates and align for programs and projects.

• Support program risk assessment to mitigate potential issues and track status and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Knowledge of banking domain such as Wholesale banking Private Wealth banking products and services such as Loan, Deposits, Treasury and Securities Custody & Execution platform

• Possess technology delivery capability, solution design with project governance framework

• Experience in program feasibility studies, pros & cons for solutioning options, cost-benefit analysis, building consensus amongst stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
