The Lab Analyst will be working in the Analytical Service Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, plays a multifaceted role that encompasses precise chemical analysis, adherence to quality management systems, assist in the analytical method development, handling LIMS platform and active participation in production-related activities. This position is designed to contribute to the laboratory's commitment to ISO/IEC 17025 standards and involve in CAPA for sample analysis while also supporting production processes to meet organizational objectives.

Major Position Responsibilities

The Lab Analyst, will be responsible for maintaining compliance of laboratory activities with Employee Health and Safety (EHS) requirements which includes adhering to all quality and the laboratory's standard operating procedures, including those for calibration and maintenance of equipment and performing routine maintenance on laboratory equipment and instruments. • The Financial Crime End to End (FCE2E) Programme aims to transform existing processes and systems to improve client experience, enhance control effectiveness and deliver cost transparency. • Support the project team during execution. Re-engage business SMEs to revise requirements or accept alternative solutions as needed.
• Define test strategy, execute test cases and provide clarifications during testing phases.
• Prepare training plans and user manuals, conduct user training and support system adoption.
• Collaborate across Front, Middle, and Back Office, the extended Technology team and industry partners.
• Lead Agile practices and coordinate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery remains on track, and take corrective actions to address any deviations.
