Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Management

• Assist in formulating long-term strategic goals and objectives aligned with TPC’s mission

• Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic objectives, assisting with scoping of project and the strategic direction
• Act as the point of contact for corporate partners, curation of projects, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with at least 1-3 years’ experience in Strategy Development work
• Demonstrated track record of in strategic planning process, supporting and coordinating strategy development and translation across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

• Ensure proper functioning and running of QC laboratories (Chemical, sensory, microbiology, retain sample room) in accordance with ISO9001, 5S, lean principle, ISO14000 and OSHAS 18001 standards and procedures.
• Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvements in QA/QC functions.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned, when and where necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Science & Technology, Cosmetic and Perfumery, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
