Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our growing CFO Advisory team. In this role, you will lead projects that help our clients implement and optimize finance transformation strategies, focusing on improving their finance operations, technology, and overall efficiency. Lead Finance Transformation Projects:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CA) are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, with a strong understanding of finance operations, process redesign, and technology implementation.
• Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects, including the implementation of financial systems.
• Expertise in finance processes such as financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as experience with shared services and process reengineering.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
