Your key responsibilities

As a Core Banking Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing core banking processes for our clients in the banking industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to understand existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. To qualify for the role you must have

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role within the core banking or financial services industry. Experience with Temenos T24 is preferred. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a manager role.

· Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools. Knowledge and certification of ARIS is a plus.

· Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean).

· In-depth knowledge of core banking processes, products, and regulations.

· Experience with process automation, workflow management, or business process management systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· The BPC works closely with customers to demonstrate and review OOB processes and analyse the need for customizations to support the customer to-be state.

· The BPC helps to close any gaps in understanding between the business needs and technical capabilities, and then define the appropriate process to achieve desired business results.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects (WAP) including planning, research, assessments, demonstrations, designing, delivery, integration, testing, quality management, and documentation, to ensure successful implementation of projects and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and coordinates the definition, development, and documentation of the solution’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis. This includes solution development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, implementation, and testing.
