Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels between clients and potential candidates, ensuring all parties remain informed and aligned.
- Use innovative techniques, such as talent mapping and networking, to source and attract exceptional candidates.
- Analyze candidate applications and resumes to shortlist individuals who best meet role requirements.
- Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of candidates' competencies, experiences, and compatibility with organizational culture.
- Provide clients with tailored recommendations and insights into candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
- Verify credentials, employment history, and references while managing background checks where applicable.
- Assist in structuring competitive job offers and managing discussions with candidates to reach mutual agreements.
- Monitor and record recruitment progress and outcomes, maintaining a clear and accessible database.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, including privacy regulations and equal opportunity guidelines.
- Actively track market trends and incorporate best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements
- Certification: Attained full CEI certification as required by MOM.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience with talent acquisition tools or applicant management systems is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices is highly desirable.
