• Follow vendor deliveries, shortages, and order availability.
• To support the production plan, identify, assess, and offer material solutions in coordination with the planning team.
• Encourage supplier performance evaluations in order to reach the required pricing, quality, delivery, and support service standards.
• Maintain ideal inventory levels and ensure material fulfillment for engine manufacturing by managing active WIP and keeping an eye on FG/WIP that is getting older.
• Examine the components utilization analysis and make sure a plan of action is implemented to maintain the stock at the appropriate level based on the current usage trend (ROP/ROL).
• Consult with vendors to resolve issues with defective parts (DR report)Reconciliation of invoices discrepancies (DFM)
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Level 2 support and primary contact for Client Services (CS) at Singapore sites.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets for Singapore and SEA regions; assist SEA teammates as needed.
• Provide onsite and remote support for users.
• Manage IT tasks including PC deployment, Cisco IP phone replacement, email setup, laptop reimaging, and printer issues.
• Oversee IT services such as Depot operations, asset management, annual disposals, procurement, and onboarding/separation processes.
• Conduct IT orientation for new hires, support IT projects, and assist with technology rollouts.
• Escalate Level 3 issues to relevant specialized teams.
• Act as the first contact for IT issues in Singapore, coordinating with service providers as required.
• Support the annual PC refresh and hardware-related tasks for Singapore and occasionally the Philippines.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, support, or helpdesk roles.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, hardware (desktops, laptops, servers), and software (OS, applications).
• Skilled in PC setup, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and using IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and optional familiarity with mobile device management (MDM).
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
