Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the financial planning & analysis activities for the company.
• As part of the FP&A team, your roles include providing necessary support on activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term plans for the Group.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Support preparation and review of actual closing.
• Support financial consolidation to ensure accuracy and on time submission including variance analysis.
• Be part of the team that continuously drives process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual, management reports, and board presentations for the Group, working closely in collaboration with the regional finance teams.
• Analyse and interpret financial data, including key performance indicators, trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to the business, cost centers, and senior management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to all business units, helping them understand and manage their budget and financial performance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards and provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Clearly communicate and translate into business-terms financial concepts to make sound business decisions.
• Ability to improve reporting and planning process to be more efficient.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Good computer literacy and well verse in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power Pivot, Python etc.
• Demonstrated high degree of integrity, initiative, and honesty.
• Proactive and results oriented, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Power Point.
• Experience in SAP an added advantage.

• Reporting to the Manager/Associate Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.
• The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):
• Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the internal (HR) talent acquisition needs

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience

• Configuration of SAP FICO to support scope; document configuration rationale

• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 3-4 end to end cycle of SAP FICO implementation projects in consulting environment
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Able to work in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
