This is 360 degrees, Recruitment role i.e., sourcing of client’s and find candidates to fill the roles that you receive from your client(s).
Lead Generation - new client acquisition, drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercial important for the business.
Key Account Management – Managing your client’s and their recruitment needs.
Engagement - use e-Marketing, social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development.
Sourcing - source for candidates using various platforms and personal contacts for the roles on hand offered to you by your clients. Additionally, assist your colleagues for their needs.
Closing - we are looking for someone with strong B2B communication and negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close deals.

Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years' experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company.
- Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career to demonstrate such passion.
- High level of energy and ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
- Candidates with CEI Certificate preferred but not mandatory as we are a Select License holder providing executive search services. Mid-Career professional with Business Development or Sales Experience welcome.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
