You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Maintenance and Support:Perform routine maintenance tasks on network devices, including firmware updates, patches, and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitor network performance and proactively address bottlenecks or anomalies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for stock-related tasks, i.e, Stock adjustment, item creation, Costing, stocktake, and miscellaneous analysis.
• Preparation of GST quarterly returns and posting of GST-related entries.
• Handle staff claims and audit support.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e. Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance project in automation of the task.
• Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience as a finance executive or similar roles preferably in Food manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlooks, Words, Excel & Navision
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
