We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant with extensive of experience in Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management and Triple A+. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain and technical skills to drive product excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Lead the implementation and customization of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager solutions for clients.
· Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
· Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in Wealth Management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
· Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Ensure seamless integration of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager with existing client systems.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including requirements, design, and testing.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use the implemented solutions.
· Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the implemented solutions.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wealth Management and related technologies.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
· Possess extensive experience in implementing and customizing Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of Wealth Management principles and practices.
· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client requirements.
· Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
· Hold a relevant certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager.
· Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
· Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in a hybrid work model.
