We are looking for a senior risk expert to join the APAC Risk Team as Head of Insurance and Financial Risk. This role will report to the Head of Risk, APAC and work closely with BU Country CROs, Finance and Insurance functions, carrying out 2nd line reviews of insurance and finance risk topics, and providing risk-based insights to senior stakeholders. • Participating in APAC key projects by providing subject matter expertise or leading a project work stream
• Communicating and engaging with the Group Risk Management team

Description:

• Engage in consulting projects including overseas market entry planning, new business development and market research
• Conduct analysis and formulate a strategic recommendation based on the research and business analysis results to client
• Prepare and present strong business case story and strategy recommendation to client
• Undertake assessments across different elements of IT functions, document and translate business requirements into specifications, and support the formulation of appropriate technology-enabled solutions by defining appropriate technology strategy, consultancy vision and implementation roadmap
• Support project teams in gathering business requirements and definition of problem statements by engaging clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Assist project teams in the set up and execution of Technology Strategy & Consultancy projects, in accordance to the firm’s service delivery standards and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administrative or related field
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Business acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems in a logical and step-by-step manner in various industries
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management and external vendors will be an added advantage.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated business conslutant to oversee all bar operations, provide feedback to store manager in ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader who can inspire a team, uphold service standards, and create an inviting environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of bar operations, a flair for mixology, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of the bar, including staffing, inventory, and ordering, to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
  Develop and enforce policies for service standards, safety, and hygiene to maintain high standards.
  
• Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service.
  Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and safety, while providing constructive feedback and performance reviews.
  
• Financial Oversight:Monitor budgets, track expenses, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  Manage pricing, promotions, and seasonal offerings, analyzing trends and sales data to maximize profit.
  
• Customer Experience:Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
  Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring efficient service, quality control, and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
  
• Inventory and Quality Control:Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure optimal levels of all bar supplies.
  Work with suppliers to secure high-quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
  
• Marketing and Events:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events and campaigns that enhance the bar’s reputation and drive customer traffic.
  Organize special events, tastings, and themed nights to attract and engage customers.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in bar management, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive management role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while maintaining a high level of staff morale.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget management, inventory control, and cost efficiency.
• Customer Service: Commitment to creating a positive guest experience with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Mixology Knowledge: Expertise in mixology, drink trends, and creating signature cocktails.
• Flexibility: Ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment.

Pre-requisites requirement:

• Must have strong FICO working experience in a consulting environment
• Able to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD) preferred
• Has worked with various clients under consulting background
• Must be presently in Singapore and able to work onsite

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP FICO to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 3-4 end to end cycle of SAP FICO implementation projects in consulting environment
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Able to work in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
