Responsibilities

Emissions Measurement and Analysis:

• Collect, calculate, and validate data on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across the company's operations.
• Utilize relevant software and tools for data tracking and reporting (e.g., carbon accounting software) as well as SBTi resources.
• Analyze emissions data to identify trends, hotspots, and opportunities for reduction.
• Prepare regular emissions reports for internal stakeholders and external reporting requirements.

Decarbonization Strategy Development:

• Research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies for emissions reduction in accordance with SBTi requirements

SBTi Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest SBTi developments, methodologies, and criteria.

• Advise clients on the SBTi validation and verification process, ensuring their targets are credible and robust.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate sustainability goals and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to represent the company's sustainability efforts.

Decarbonisation Consultation:

• Educate prospective customers on decarbonisation topics.

Qualifications

Duties and responsibilities
1. Assist Parts Supervisor day to day warehouse operations;
2. Issue and receipts of parts at Parts Counter;
3. Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.
4. Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly
placed at the designated location. Any damaged or discrepancy has to report to Parts
Supervisor by submitting discrepancy report for further action;
5. Ensure the quality in the bin location tally with the system at all times. Any discrepancy
has to be reported to Parts Supervisor;
6. Ensure all parts are properly labelled for easy identification and to maintain proper
housekeeping;

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant, with strong Project Management skills and customer facing experience, to join our Professional Consulting team.

You will be engaging with both internal collaborators as well as our customers, helping to work through solutions and making the right connections for successful outcomes.

In this position you'll report to the Senior Director, Professional Services, based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for…

• Leading engagements, often in collaboration with a services partner.
• Owning and managing engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
• Driving and establishing the collaborators needed for each engagement.
• Understands Tricentis and customer business objectives and aligns the deliverables accordingly.

What we need from you

• Strong subject matter expertise across the SDLC and testing
• Excellent organizational and relationship-nurturing skills
• Attention to detail and timelines, with a focus on keeping this on track and on budget!
• Ability to work a hybrid model, working from a Tricentis office location 3/5 days per week.
• Willingness to understand / learn Tricentis products

Basic Qualifications we're seeking

• BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
• 5+ year in Customer Engagement role
• Working knowledge of project management methodology and best practices
• Experience leading projects from inception to successful roll-out.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project and Excel
• Demonstrable expertise in effective communication skills, including presentation skills, analytics and reporting, and establishing action items and owners.
• Experience learning new tools and systems within a tight timeline.
• Ability to travel (up to 50%)

Preferred additional skills

• Prior experience with implementing or supporting Tricentis products
