My Client is an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) that is certified by the Singapore Accountancy Commission to develop candidates who aspire to be Chartered Accountants of Singapore. This role will specialize in giving advice to customers instead of doing normal accounting duties.

Requirements:

• Any experience in accounting, audit, corporate or individual insolvency or restructuring space.
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA // Business Administration or equivalent

Jobs Scopes:

• Preparation of documents for conflict checks.
• Liaising with clients on the documents required.
• Performing an analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the clients.
• Performing a review of historical transactions.
• Investigating the cause of the insolvency.
• Assisting in the preparation of cash flow projections and assessing the validity of the assumptions adopted, taking into account the liquidity constraints / requirements of the client.
• Liaising with government bodies such as CPFB, IRAS, MOM and CPFB.
• Liaising with various stakeholders in the administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (such as judicial management, liquidation and receivers and managers) including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators.
• Familiarising themselves with the prevailing insolvency laws.
• Assisting the Directors and Managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs collection of information for the different levels of cyber threat intelligence, including strategic, operational and tactical intelligence.
• Support the intelligence mission planning in meeting information requirements.
• Continuously performs analysis on information collected to produce actionable intelligence.
• Supports the identification and documentation of Indicators of Compromise (IoCs).
• Leverages internal and external resources to research threats, vulnerabilities and intelligence on various threat actors and exploitation tools and platforms.
• Perform threat research to identify tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) of threat actors and work with multi-disciplines to improve prevention and detection methods.
• Develop and maintain threat actor and TTP knowledge base to train and update threat models.

• Experience with cyber threat intelligence or other intelligence services
• Experience in writing reports for both management and technical readers
• Good English proficiency
• Ability to work both individually and with the team
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Behavioural Sciences, Languages, Psychology, Political Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Applied Sciences or other equivalents

More experienced or credentialed candidates may be considered for more senior roles in the team.

Preferred Skills /Qualities

• Experience with research, technical and business documentation and analysis.
• Good understanding of CTI frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model and able to develop threat models based on the frameworks.
• Ability to show proficiency in programming and scripting, e.g. Java, .NET Programming, Python & PERL scripting, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
• Ability to show proficiency in one or more regional languages and dialects.
• Ability to configure, manage and use cyber threat intelligence platforms.
• Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional certifications, including CTIA, CRTIA, GOSI, GCTI, GMON, or other SANS certifications.

• At least 5-7years of relevant SAP QM and PP, authorization experience in manufacturing environment (Chemical industry preferred) and SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Have strong integration working experience and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• Preferable SAP certification in QM/PP module and basis knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation
• Strong understanding of QM and PP functionalities and able to apply them to business issues and have hands-on experience in configuring them. Should have good integration experience in SD/MM/PP. Knowledge of integration between IBP, BW and ECC will have advantage

• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.
