Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers to the top of the funnel.

• Understanding the client's needs and providing thorough advice about the property market, regulations, and transaction steps (you’ll get intensive training);
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads who have contacted us via our website, or other channels into Sales Qualified Leads who will meet one of our Real Estate Consultants;
• Drive high activity volumes - make 40+ calls daily;
• Lead demand generation initiatives from ideation to execution;
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism;
• Drive Propseller growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones;
• Propose, launch and deliver commercial and operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, sales support or real estate OR
• Diploma degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales support, or real estate
• Fluent in English with excellent oral communication skills enabling effective communication with potential clients;
• Exceptional poise and presence over the phone;
• The drive to maintain 40+ calls per day;
• High level of client centricity: ability to manage multiple clients while exceeding client expectations;
• Comfortable with using sales tools, technologies and systems;
• Work authorisation is required for this role;
• Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate Experience or License.

Compensation

Basic salary of $3,500-$3,800 + monthly bonus + stock options (OTE ~$5000+)

We are establishing a dynamic team to consult in the Asset Management and Investment Management realm. Seeking individuals with proficient experience in middle office operations and a comprehensive understanding of the Aladdin system.

We have a number of roles open across multiple levels of seniority.

Responsibilities:

1. Client System Deployment: Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate the implementation of new systems, particularly the Aladdin platform.

2. Project Alignment: Grasp client objectives thoroughly and guide project delivery in accordance with these goals.

3. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships across various stakeholders, including business and technology teams. Understand their needs, constraints, and influence decision-making processes.

4. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Aladdin and Middle Office investment cycles. This includes pre-trade activities, order management, trading, investment operations, risk management/compliance/oversight, closed-book accounting, and performance measurement. Collaborate extensively with key stakeholders to provide Aladdin expertise throughout the implementation process.

5. Coordination and Management: Oversee and coordinate business analysis, project delivery, testing, and end-user training activities to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the Aladdin system.
