We are looking for an Education Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of call for managing parent enquiries. Responsibilities

• Managing new parent enquiries promptly and effectively through a variety of communication channels (email, telephone, chat, in-person)

• Joining technical discussions with stakeholders

• Translating non-functional requirements of DevSecOps solutions that can be implemented and deployed using current software stack - AWS/Snowflake/Gitlab.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales strategies to promote the centre's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the centre's services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
