Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at Oculus Consultancy SG in Singapore. The Consultant will be responsible for providing capital financing consultation to business owners; working with funders, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding; and facilitating M&A processes to connect businesses with investors.

Training will be provided. Commission based, flexible working hours.

our Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Collect EDI requirements from business and advise them during the requirement phase
• Provide expertise during the scoping phase, review and validate EDI specifications
• Work with stakeholders (Internal teams and vendors) and drive EDI partner boarding and enhancements, closely monitor the progress.
• Timely status update on on-boarding/enhancement progress to business team.
• Participate in testing phase and assist business during user acceptance tests
• Take the lead on critical incidents and coordinate the investigations
• Monitor the performance of the system and lead, action plans when it needs to be improved

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills (written and oral), excellent ability to understand business requirements and translating it to IT solution. You should build an effective working relationship with various stakeholders such as EDI vendors, business users as well as customers.

Minimum requirements:

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline from a reputable education institute.
• With around 5 to 7 years of experience in supporting time-critical EDI applications, preferably in the shipping or logistics domain
• Proven track record in managing multiple medium-to-complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.
• Clear understanding EDI formats like EDIFACT, ANSI/X12 and able to translate the implementation guide to logical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct professional body treatments and recommend suitable weight & body loss treatment services, products and packages to customers

Sale of slimming packages and products to customers

Perform body treatment services to the customers

Follow up treatment results with the customers

Min. Secondary or equivalent education

Sales-driven and results oriented

Willing to work retail hour and on weekend

The role of a Principal Consultant is to lead and manage Business Development activity and Key Accounts Management in your industry of specialization to achieve and exceed the budgeted gross profit and contribution to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practise Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets.
• Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients to bring in regular and new businesses; also, to increase our corporate presence and branding within the marketplace.
• Responsible for initiating the Company towards further expansion. To explore new business areas and markets for existing products & BTI solutions
• Provide specialist advice on your specialisation to your clients and candidates
• Participate in networking events and assignments to increase industry knowledge and presence

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree holder – any discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience from within the executive search industry with exposure from key industries (e.g. Technology, Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, FMCG)
• Strong client partnering skill and candidate management skill

• Support Programme Governance and ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner and as per scope using varied project delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid)
