• Developing M&E Frameworks: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to each project. This involves establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and evaluation criteria to measure project progress and success.
• Monitoring Project Progress: Regularly monitor construction activities, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure projects are on track. This may involve site visits, reviewing project documentation, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to address any issues or delays.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building/civil projects
• Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability, and authorities’ compliance; adopt the lean mindset to cost and resource management

As senior consultant, you are expected to lead project execution and lead a small team of consultants assigned

to the project, especially on the following job scope:

Sales

• Be a partner with CxO level of clients or internal project managers by keeping yourself abreast ofbusiness dynamics (e.g. carbon neutrality, digital transformation).
• Getting involved in a sales activity, convert potential clients by clarifying their business issues, and createa proposal to pitch new projects.

Execution
