Job Description (Consultant)

• Provide professional scalp analysis, listen and recommend appropriate products / services that are customised to suit customer's needs and conditions
• Establish and maintain strong client base of loyal customers
• Motivated in achieving individual and outlet sales target
• Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Commute to other outlets (Very accessible to MRT station)

1. Proven experience as a .NET Core Developer or similar role.

2. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C# and related backend technologies.

3. Experience building microservices architecture and implementing event-driven design patterns is advantage.

4. Proficiency in Entity Framework (EF) for database management.

5. Experience in fronend techlogies like AngularJS/ReactJS

6. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and their application in backend development.

7. Experience implementing OAuth for authentication and authorization.

8. Understanding of security best practices and their application in backend development.

• Must have minimum of 5 years of IT systems development experience in Banking industry, candidate with design and test case creation experience is highly preferred.
• Must have Business analysis or consulting experience in banking industry, especially overseas remittance area experience is preferred.
• Must have experience in the global BPR and/or system rollout project experience.
• Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written). Able to speak in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and client.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. XML file format knowledge is also preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
