• Review, evaluate and streamline processes and control frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal governance standards, controls, policies and external regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’s annual financial budget, forecasts, and financial plans to align with strategic goals.
2. Analyze financial data, provide actionable recommendations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
3. Optimize capital structure, manage financing activities (debt/equity), maintain investor and bank relationships, and monitor capital expenditure for investment projects.
4. Improve internal financial systems, processes, and compliance, particularly for institutional investment and IPO preparation.
5. Design and manage shareholder structure plans; evaluate and recommend equity incentive programs.
6. Enhance financial systems, introduce new tools to improve accuracy and timeliness, and lead merger planning.
7. Train and mentor finance team members to strengthen their capabilities and efficiency.
8. Assist or lead the company’s equity financing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles; experience with multinational or large enterprises preferred.
3. Proficient in financial analysis, budget management, reporting, and capital structure optimization.
4. Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel, SAP, Oracle, and other financial systems.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic decision-making abilities, with problem-solving skills in complex environments.
6. High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
