The Senior Document Controller, based out of Singapore, will provide document management and administrative support to the company and its mixed residential and commercial development project in Cambodia.

This key role will coordinate all activities relating to document control procedures, including contracts, technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondences, ensuring comprehensive up-to-date file records and quick retrieval.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a comprehensive centralized document management system (CDMS) and ensuring that all relevant documents are filed and organized correctly.

2. Maintaining and providing training and support to project team members and divisional personnel to assure compliance with required standards for documentation, archiving and retrieval of documents over the project’s lifecycle.

3. Managing the review, approval and distribution of documents according to company’s policies and procedures.

4. Set up, design and manage the documentation and withdrawal procedures, SOPs and flowchart.

5. Maintain Master list on status of revisions of all controlled document and drawings.

6. On the ground coordination of all activities related to documentation management and providing support to team members on the use of CDMs.

7. Take ownership of the CDMs, including taking preventive measures to ensure data integrity, proper sorting, filing and reporting.

8. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
