• Provide financial planning and analysis for all operations in the region
• Prepare monthly reports on the financial results of the Company

The opportunity

We are also a pioneer in crypto fund setup and administration with actual hands-on experience. To cope with the operation expansion in Singapore, we are seeking a high calibre professional to join our Singapore Fund Accounting Team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review/prepare net asset valuation for the funds on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review / assist in cash and position reconciliation, process corporate actions and validation of security pricing
• Provide support and respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare financial reporting and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Assist clients in processing and liaising with banks with regard to payments for funds or transfer
• Assist in opening of bank accounts and broker accounts
• Assist in new fund setup
• Train and supervise junior staff and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is a MUST
• Having at least 4 years Fund Accounting / Fund Administration / Auditing. Experience with Funds is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Candidates with strong knowledge and prior experience in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.
• Have knowledge in securities and financial derivatives will be an advantage
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Cantonese will be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work load
