Job Description:

• Obtain customer trip requirements from Charter Sales teams, including date, route, departure/arrival times, number of passengers, primary passenger details and contact phone numbers.
• Compile a complete profile of needs associated with each flight, including requirements for crew/passenger entry, transportation, CIQ information, and any additional unique information that may be required due to the nature of the trip
• Ensure all trips are planned and set up in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with aviation regulations and established company policies.
• Provide coordination and support services for all aspects of flight operations including the monitoring of daily flight operations to ensure effective and efficient execution.
• Review trip requirements against aircraft status, airport parameters, weather forecast and passenger requirements
• Checking of vendor invoices and ensuring the invoices are accurate in accordance with the service rendered.
• Support the review and improvement of systems and business processes
• Other tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or equivalent with experience in Trip Support planning in the region or Worldwide
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and possess good communication skills
• Must be able to work autonomously and demonstrate high level of team work, coping with the everyday challenges in Business Aviation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in using Scheduling Software (Jet-Insight) and ARINCdirect is an added advantage
• FAA Dispatch license holder is an added advantage
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends

Job Description:

• To control incoming and outgoing project records in accordance with established procedures and to external stakeholder.
• To have experience in using LTA’s document control system (Insight).
• To duplicate and distribute documents.
• To facilitate timely document review, approval and documentation in an effective and efficient manner and from the contractor to external stakeholder such as LTA.
• To control all aspects of documentation throughout the project’s life cycle such as:

- Catalogue, post, distribute, track and compile hard and soft copy

documents at all project stages.

- Assist the project team by coordinating document status and

distribution.

- Audit documents to ensure project files are current and all

stakeholders are adopting the prescribed documentation protocol.

- Enforce Project Documental Control policies and procedures to

assist in maintaining a current and organised project document

management system.

- Provide support for the Change Control and Document Control

processes for the project.

- Track all documents correspondences and transactions.

- File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval.

- Assist completion of requests, searches and queries from any project

member.

- Prepare and handover all final as-built documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in registry and document management. He/she shall have strong communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Possess a minimum of “O” levels certificate or equivalent;
• Good document control skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards preferred;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems;
• Prior experience with Project Information Management and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

i) Collect, scan and upload documents following
set procedures.
ii) Issue letters and receipts concerning the
documents in circulation.
iii) Assist to process the application of site entry
passes for all workers and staff.
iv) Notify personnel of updated document
versions and how to access them.
v) Print and distribute documents as necessary.

various departments, including human
resources, marketing and construction.
vi) Prepare updates and respond to client’s
requests for information about project status.
vii) Manage feedback, queries and resolve
complaints from public in a tactful and
professional manner

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit and accounts receivable review meetings with business units and sales departments to resolve delinquent accounts.

• Maintain and update customer account details and credit limits in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with the sales department to address overdue issues.

• Prepare regular collections and accounts receivable status reports for management.

Quality Controller/GAP Coordinator

Job Description

The Quality Control/GAP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all products received perishable and nonperishable are of standard as per the company’s specifications. This role must also ensure supply security and FIFO practices.

Scope: Singapore (Choa Chu Kang farm)

Working Days: 5.5

Reporting into: Head of Farm Operations

In This Role You Will (Responsibility):

· Ensure incoming and outgoing goods (perishable and non-perishable) meet company and GAP standards.

· Daily inspection of production areas to ensure compliance with company and GAP standards.

· Analyse quality data and summarise findings.

· Generate inspection reports.

· Conduct quality assurance reports.

· Conduct internal self-audits of processes and procedures.

· Prepare quality assurance documents in compliance with local regulations and GAP standards.

· Ensure quality testing (shelf-life samples) and laboratory microbial testing is done in accordance with GAP standards.

· Ensure staff training is done to comply with GAP and Food Safety requirements.
