Responsible for document management for submission to clients of the Sengkang-Punggol Light Rapid Transit (SPLRT) Project
Document Control
· Document control including the issue of letter and making cover letter.
· Collect and register all documents in company’s system and keep stakeholders updated on new document version.
· Submit and upload documents according to company procedure.
· Handle records accurately.
· Supporting for administrative matters
· Any other tasks as assigned by PM/EM/AM of project team.
Project coordination works
· Any coordination works between Project Team and Client, Subcontractors and Authorities, etc
· Attending the meeting with client and making the minutes of the meeting.
· Schedule Control on site.
· Response as public relationship officer.
· Making progress report.
· Supplier control with Administration Executive.
Requirements
Diploma in Business or Engineering related discipline
Good in both writing & conversational skills.
Having 2 to 3 years of related experience will be an advantage.
