Reporting to the Head of SPSI, Global Consumer Financial Services, you will provide support to the Sales Performance team to deliver seamless day-to-day reporting/ MIS requirements. There is a steep learning curve to understand the processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Provide accurate and timely support for daily sales performance reporting and ad-hoc MI requests for sales strategic planning / forecast.

· Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.

· Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.

· Assist with the day-to-day activities for Sales Performance.

· Assist with data analysis, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.

· Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).

· Analyse the performance data to come up with insights for senior management.

· Develop forecasting models using predictive analytics techniques for the prediction of Sales across various channels.

Qualifications

· Minimum Diploma in a quantitative discipline – Finance / Accountancy / Economics/ Data Analytics with minimum of 1-2 years related working experience.

· Good technical skills (MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, VBA, Python).

· Data Warehousing knowledge will be an advantage.

· Possess professional maturity and results orientation.

· Good communication skills

· Some business partnering experience will be beneficial.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and possess the drive to learn

· Data management experience will be advantageous.

Job Summary: Be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of actuals and financial forecast from the affiliates, by setting up or using existing processes for gathering, maintaining, and analyzing the required information and improving the quality of information submitted to Global HQ. Partner with Area HQ stakeholders to forecast SG&A expense during LBE cycle and review with Area DVP and Area Financial Controller, monitor and track the spending to keep it within control. Support Area HQ BHR to track and reconcile APAC headcounts to make sure clear status update in each LBE cycle. To support the affiliates in using the ADC financial planning system and accounting system (S4 HANA) This would include training of new personnel, maintenance, and control of the planning system. The core affiliates of focus are Hong Kong, Taiwan, and SEA markets, with project leadership for specific activities with the Area team.

Job Scope:

· Responsible for handling day-to-day finance operations to support the business (i.e. distributor claims review, and rebate accrual/true up tracking and monitoring)

· Maintain Area finance calendar, support Area finance team to coordinate with Demand, Global and Country finance for setting up proper dates of submission timing.

· Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly actual reports required by Global HQ and Area Finance including Flash report, Capital, DSO, DOH, SG&A. Ensure accurate and timely submissions.

· Prepare, coordinate, and consolidate daily/weekly sales reporting required by Global HQ and Area Finance. Track and monitor actual sales and margin performance.

· Provide analyses and commentary and proactively highlight unusual trends and take timely action to address variances.

· Consolidation of Quarterly LBE (Latest Best Estimates) and ad hoc reports required by Area Finance and Global HQ.

· Prepare summary reports for analysis of actual, quarterly LBEs and other ad-hoc requests.

· Conduct monthly management reporting and provide timely financial dashboard to Area Management.

· Develop ad-hoc or regular analytic reports that supports management review and decision making.

· Develop templates and procedures where required and support affiliates with clear guidance in completing the templates.

· Act as key contact for CFS that supports Area HQ, responsible for reporting of Area HQ accounting transactions, such as intercompany billings, invoices, purchase orders and payment.

· Provide support in the development and implementation of new financial planning tools and systems, if any.

· Coordinates financial systems outages and enhancements with relevant IT and Global HQ teams.

· Provide system training and render support to affiliates when needed.

· Involvement in any other projects that Global HQ and Area Finance takes on.

Requirements:

· Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent education

· At least 5 years working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Audit

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and and internal control process Cross border / international experience

· Highly proficient in Microsoft excel and data reporting system such as Hyperion, Dodeca, S4 HANA

· Good analytical skills and attention to details

· Able to organize processes

· Result-driven; commitment to meet timelines with accuracy
