Brief description

You will be involved to implement and maintain a reliable quality control system to guarantee high quality products and solutions output from the company, and to plan and schedule its manufacturing order outputs.

Tasks

• Plan, and schedule all manufacturing orders, and prototyping activities in accordance to order priority,

• Ensure all its manufacturing use equipment and tools are prior calibrated to acceptable standards and records,

• To check all incoming supplies for customer’s production meets the adopted quality acceptance standards,

• To ensure all production outputs at various stages of manufacturing processes exceeds &/or meet customer’s requirement,

• Conduct all out-going goods meet the stipulated IPC & customer Quality control standards,

• To observe, identify, recommend, and implement improvement for company overall quality assurance and control system,

• Conduct ISO9001 internal audits as when scheduled,

• Develop, conduct any relevant technical or IPC based trainings to Manufacturing staffs as when required,

• Conducts product / solution failure analysis as when required for internal/external orders

Qualifications and Requirement

• Minimal Advanced Technical Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering discipline.

• Relevant working experience is preferred.

• Hands-on attitude towards problem-solving is essential.

• Able to interpret and understand electrical and mechanical drawings / datasheet and charts accurately and independently.

• Familiar with ISO9001:2015 QMS, and Audit Matters

• IPC standards trained (specialist) certification is preferred, otherwise training shall be provided (training bond applies)

• Honest and Strict, and have Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Well organized, responsible, and always strive to meet production datelines.

• 5.5 days work week

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review rostering of staff for passenger services team
• Forward planning of staff attendance
• Daily adjustment of staff reporting time
• Prepare manpower statistics/ summary for reporting
• Time and attendance recording for payroll team’s action (including but not limited to preparing OT data and inputting into TAMS system)
• Take part in the project to digitalise manpower planning system
• Overall in charge of adhoc meet and assist requests (including but not limited to VIP escort, handling of Passenger with reduced mobility, etc)
• Liaise with duty managers and various airport operation entities (including but not limited to CAG, ICA, Certis Cisco, Airlines operations control, etc) for operational needs
• Be trained in basic operational knowledge (including but not limited to gate handling, escorting passengers, etc) and assist ground operations where required
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Event Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of finance-related events, from initial concept development through to successful delivery.

• The Planner / P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software.
• This role ensures that projects are planned effectively, monitored regularly, and completed on time.
• The P6 Scheduler works closely with project teams to identify risks, track progress, and report on scheduling performance.
• Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
• Produce and maintain good quality work on the project schedule, inclusive of frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress
• Able to develop progress reports, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (e.g., overall Scurve, plan vs actual table)
• Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations.
• Regularly update and maintain schedules to reflect current project conditions.
• Analyse schedule impacts due to project changes and provide mitigation strategies.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources by allocating correct resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate between interdisciplinary for logical connection among activities.
• Prepare construction schedules, resources, and costs loaded with the governance of major project milestones stated in the project contract.
• Oversee the master schedule and highlight deviations that are critical enough to pay attention to the supervisor/project management team.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project information.
• Interface with sub-contractors and client representatives to finalize the baseline schedule.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Good hands-on experience with Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
• Certification in project scheduling or management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is an advantage.
