Responsibilities

Operational support and efficiency

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime
• Resolve equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Always aim to maximize uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance

Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures

• Establish and implement all equipment specification, troubleshooting procedures, maintenance procedures, safety related documents and ensure compliance with corporate requirements and procedures
• Documentation of Corrective Action and Best-Known Methods for equipment to allow more efficient troubleshooting
• Lead and work with the supplier and cross function groups on new tool start up with necessary documentation, gantt chart, site preparation, facilities preparation, acceptance preparation, automation preparation and production readiness .

Cost efficiency

• Work with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers to improve and develop new methods to achieve improvement in maintaining the tools
• Expected to involve actively in yield improvement, cost reduction, 2nd source suppliers and parts sourcing/testing, optimisation of new machine qualification release plan and cycle time reduction projects

Equipment improvement

• Participate in global key equipment exchange to improve and align strategy and plans
• UPkeep, monitor and control equipment performance indices (MTBF, MTTR, UPtime% , Errors Pareto list, WSPC and etc)
• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput
• Develop and implement improvement/safety program of preventive maintenance task of machines
• Lead Technicians to participate in continuous improvement projects

Training and development

• Train/mentor Technicians and Engineers through OJT and continually upgrade their technical skills to cope with technological changes

Quality

• Participate in QIT programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
• Analyze trend, propose areas of quality improvement; Coordinate evaluation and implementation with relevant parties
• Lead or participate in quality related exchange to enhance improvement and preventions

Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab
• Work with HSE team to establish ,maintain tool and chemical safety related documents

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Physis) with min 3 years experience as tool owner
• Preferable hands on experiences with knowledge on

Job Description:

• Possess knowledge on SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS and all the statistical analysis tools to help optimizing equipment robustness..

Asst Project Engineer

• To assist the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, Quality, equipment’s Lead-time, Safety and construction requirements.
• Plan and assist the Senior Engineer to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, i.e., by comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities.
• Preparation of engineering documents, such as inspection form, testing form and progress reports, updating of completion status.
• Together with the project team prepare the statement/work procedures, RA to specify the detailed work step required for the specific task of the job to be done and identify key risk with the associate risk. A risk mitigation strategy is applied with the whole project construction task.
• Calculate and tracking usage of resources, such as materials and tools with report prognosis to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans particularly, materials, schedule, equipment and labour loading.
• Assist the Senior Engineer/construction superintendent in assigning tasks to work teams.
• To explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering requirements, coordination procedures, execution approach and activities priorities to the various work teams to seek contributions for further refinement.
• Ensure that various disciplines (including quality and safety personnel) are carrying out each tasks and tests/inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units, if necessary report discrepancy (if any) on labour status, equipment, materials etc. to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Preparation of project close-out report for the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to review before submission to clients.
• Ensure final acceptance of the project by client in accordance with contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support, including but not limited to, Incident Management and Problem Management

• Escalate incidents, problems, changes to Team Lead, Service Delivery Manager, Account Manager or vendors as per defined business rules, ensuring timely resolution of client service requests

You will be part of a data team deployed at a government agency identified as a strategic partner for GovTech, building out data products critical to WOG’s ops and service delivery as identified under the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB2.0) programme. The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub).

The DHA integration engineer is responsible for planning and developing workflow and technical interfaces between healthcare IT systems. She/He will work with DHA Project Managers, Solution Architects, health systems and companies to accomplish this objective. She/He may also be called upon to advise other developers on integration standards.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be involved in the development, design, build, testing, and go live phases of multiple integration projects.
• This includes scripting to conform / transform to another systems specifications.
• You will also work with internal teams to continuously improve processes and procedures around deployment of interoperability products that communicate in HIT standards-based formats such as HL7, IHE Profiles, Direct, or SMART on FHIR.

The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub). Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owner, data scientists, data engineers and designers to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop full-stack solutions, including user interfaces, APIs, data processing and storage.
• Implement data visualization components using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Develop scalable and efficient back-end services to handle data from multiple data source with complex business logic.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure seamless deployment and testing of the data products and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in full-stack development, data engineering, and data visualization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Continuously improve software development processes and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the team

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on datadriven applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React is preferred as we use React in our team).
• Expertise in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing data models.
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and big data technologies (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience working on data products or analytics platforms is highly desirable.
