Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. • Lead a programmer and machinist to successfully deliver the cam program for precision machined component projects
• Work closely with senior management to prepare quotation and concept dedign for new projects
• Prepare and track schedules for live projects - manage deliverables targets by designers and drafters
• Train and groom new Cnc 3d cam programmer / machinist in company
• Create, maintain and enforce workflow processes to enhance design department efficiency
• Manage team KPIs
