• Prepare method statement, risk assessment, construction drawing, catalogue submission, safe work procedure and all other documents as requested by site.
• Plan, manage and coordinate all site matters, ensuring compliance to Project specifications, regulations and schedules.
• Technical specification review and recommend appropriate resolution.
• Directs, supervises and train technicians on engineering activities on site to meet all project requirements.
• Actively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.
• Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client's representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in LTA Experience
• Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
