• Experience in automating mainframe DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with other tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
• Background in large-scale enterprise software development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS and PLC systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV, Siemens and Rockwell.

- Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.

- Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.

- Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for Automation systems.

- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes

- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.

- Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.

- System administration and maintenance support.

- Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.

- Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry, with projects or operations.

· Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV, Siemens or Rockwell system project for GMP manufacturing site.

· Understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)

· Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process

· Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies

· Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.

· Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by client.

· Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.

· Track, Monitor, Control & Update Work Progress on Site

· Plan & Schedule for Site Inspections according to Work Progress Status

· Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.

· Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower to meet schedules.
