JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing and certifying aircraft maintenance tasks, attending to routine transit/daily/weekly/monthly checks, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft and engines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Job Description:

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day site operation and activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with client's representatives on site, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct inspections and check on work performed by sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Manager in the evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problems arising during construction and which has an effect on quality of the works.
• Ensure that only updated Construction drawings and Approved shop drawings are used by all for construction. Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Update the status of materials stock balance and advise Project Manager when to place replenishment orders. Any duties to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the PEB Approved Qualifications / BOA Approved Qualifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experiences or local fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Able to start work immediately

Responsibilities:

• Design and document IT and OT systems for shipboard networks.
• Coordinate and manage IT and OT projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide remote and on-site support for IT and OT systems.

Job Summary:

The Senior C&S Engineer assists the Design Manager in specific areas pertaining to quality

standards applicable at construction sites.

Essential Job Functions:

The Senior C&S Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities wit subcontractors
• Civil & structure design, analysis, and assessment for foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope, instrumentation, and site investigation.
• Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by subcontractors
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations.
• Prepare project-related reports and method statement for submission.

Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in the construction industry with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experience in MRT/LTA projects is a definite advantage.
• Prior experience in working in construction sites is preferred, especially in Civil Projects.

Permanent Position

Location: Central, Singapore (Outram)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on the system, including testing, inspection, adjustment, and calibration tasks, both at heights and within equipment enclosures.

· Maintain, test, and troubleshoot key systems, including:

o Accelerator systems

o Irradiation devices

o Patient alignment systems

o Safety interlock systems

· Monitor the operation of the system and identify areas for performance improvement.

· Adopt and integrate new technology, products, and processes to enhance system functionality.

· Respond promptly to service calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

· Fulfill work orders, submit reports (including timecards, working reports, and expense reports), and adhere to company and customer procedures.

· Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning activities when necessary.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including radiation safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.

Requirements:

· Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documents (e.g., schematics, circuit diagrams, piping diagrams).

· Experience using electronic test and measurement instruments such as DVM, oscilloscopes, and micrometers.

· Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

· Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex equipment and systems.

· Develop a cross-platform mobile app and/or WebGL App Builder, utilizing relevant technologies and frameworks. Work with REST based APIs to web services/database/backend.

· Work with the team to deploy application into cloud environment
